Pre design. After the preliminary design has been laid out, different solutions are analysed in keeping with the client’s ideas and needs. The initial budget and design are prepared.
Pre construction. This phase includes preparation of final the drawings, consolidation of the definitive project plan, the building times, local permits, final estimate and a financial plan. Subcontractors are hired.
Construcción. Starts, and there is comprehensive supervision of all the work being done: weekly meetings on the jobsite, budget and time management.
Warranty. Once all the work is finished, the warranty phase begins. After everything is confirmed to be in working order, the client receives the final drawings and manuals for the new installations, and there is a walk-through inspection with the client and the local building inspector.
